The ideal candidate will be given the opportunity to create and implement a new program.Candidate must have experience in all aspects of foster care services & three years experience supervising/directing a fostercare program and a Master’s Degree in human services.

Residential Supervisor
Duties include: direct supervision of residents and documentation.
Flexible schedule required. 2nd & 3rd shifts available. High school diploma or GED required. Must be 21 years of age. Starting pay is $8.50 an hour.

SUMMARY OF FUNCTION
He/she coordinates with Food Service Director in preparing 2 meals and 1 snack per day for approximately 20-30 individuals 3 days per week. Coordinates menus with supervisor to maintain all nutritional requirements; posts and adheres to posted menus. Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen, food preparation area and pantry.
